AO3 Question from a Newbie

I'm getting ready to somehow cobble my kink fill together to put on AO3. I've been an avid reader, not a poster so a few questions that most likely will insult someone's intelligence here. (sorry)
1. how many tags are we supposed to use on a fic? I've seen 5-20+ (omg) with commentary and meta-level asides.
2. I have a title already in the Kink fill. Am I suppose to use the same title? What if I found something less cliche? Do I list the original in the title under ()?
3. Italics! I have to follow certain style rules for science papers, but what about fic? I've seen it for non-English words, flashbacks and internal thoughts. Are there other instances italics are required?
4. Warnings! It's forced prostitution so I thought it meant Dub-con, but I only found it in the tags, but not in the warnings section. Am I suppose to use Non-con then?
